About the role

  • Partner closely with the CMO to support and execute global and regional marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of brand campaigns, digital activations, and key marketing projects
  • Write clear, structured briefs and manage deliverables with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Prepare marketing decks, presentations, and updates for senior stakeholders and regional teams
  • Support coordination across markets to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely execution
  • Act as a key point of contact for regional marketing teams, supporting them in implementing global initiatives
  • Translate global strategies into clear, practical guidance for local execution
  • Support regional teams while ensuring brand standards and quality are maintained
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, operations, and wider business functions
  • Take ownership of defined marketing projects from briefing through to delivery
  • Track timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality execution across workstreams
  • Support multiple campaigns and initiatives in parallel within a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities and communicate them clearly
  • Support paid social, search, and digital marketing campaigns through asset coordination, briefing, and reporting
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting across key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Develop a strong understanding of how data and performance insights inform campaign optimisation and decision-making
  • Work closely with Heads of Brand, Campaigns, Digital, and Regional Marketing
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to processes, campaigns, and execution
  • Build experience across brand, campaign delivery, and global marketing operations
  • Develop skills and confidence to progress within a global, performance-driven marketing team

Requirements

  • First professional experience in marketing (in-house or agency), or a strong internship background with clear responsibility
  • Foundational understanding of digital and performance marketing
  • Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing briefs and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
