CMO – Startup Co-founder

• Lead all Patient strategy and related promotional planning, execution, and measurement for the PADCEV brand.
• Refine launch materials per final label for an indication expansion approval this summer.
• Lead Omnichannel Patient Engagement strategy and execution to drive product activation, including digital and social patient awareness.
• Lead Media agency to define the Patient strategy and tactical execution.
• Build CRM Program and drivers to enhance patient and caregiver education to improve patient experience and avoid unnecessary early discontinuation.
• Identify opportunities for Field Force tactics to improve patient education, experience, and address AE management questions or concerns.
• Partner with Advocacy to develop and deploy bladder cancer awareness initiatives; lead “Patient Ambassador” initiatives.
• Accountable for Consumer agency budget to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team colleagues and cross functional team members including Global Marketing, Patient Advocacy Team, Corporate Communications, MLR, Market Research, Analytics.
• Collaborate with all relevant Astellas counterparts to ensure alignment of strategy, budget, and execution plans.

Patient Marketing Director

• Own Coworker’s core positioning, messaging, and narrative across audiences, use cases, and buyer personas
• Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic announcements
• Partner with Sales to develop clear messaging for technical and business buyers
• Own product marketing campaigns end-to-end, including onboarding, in-product messaging and lifecycle marketing
• Partner with Sales, Growth and Customer Success to understand what wins deals, what blocks adoption, and where messaging needs to improve
• Develop content that supports pipeline generation, product education, thought leadership, and customer expansion
• Bonus: if you have hands-on experience with content marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle, SEO, or campaign execution.

Head of Marketing

• Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex marketing and growth challenges
• Translate strategic business questions into analytical work that drives action
• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Marketing Analysts
• Guide measurement approaches across acquisition, CRM and growth activity
• Build a strong measurement and attribution approach for an increasingly complex multi-channel acquisition approach
• Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Analytics, ensuring the function evolves to support Zopa's growth ambitions and changing marketing landscape

• Optimize the full acquisition funnel and demand generation loops. You'll manage performance efficiency (CAC, ROI) and direct a global performance agency and budget.
• Partner directly with Product and Data Science to eliminate user friction, analyze behaviors, and fast-track product-market fit.
• Build multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels, leveraging modern GenAI tools to maximize speed and personalization.
• Ensure Serko.ai is a cited authority within LLMs, AI search engines, and chat interfaces, while relentlessly optimizing landing pages and user journeys.

Director of Marketing

• Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Marketing will be the steward for all things Brand at First Aid Beauty
• Lead & develop an inclusive, high-performing team that collaborates effectively and executes with excellence
• Oversee an organization inclusive of Global Product Development, Regional Brand Marketing, Communications, Media, Social, PR, Influencer, Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement
• Ensure continued growth for First Aid Beauty by developing key strategies to gain new consumers, build brand love and launch award winning products
