About the role
- Assist the key account management team with various administrative tasks
- Maintain and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle the Ticketing Pipeline of the Key Account Management (KAM) team
- Provide general support in client communications, including follow-ups and responses
- Scrape and document every booking related to the VIP programme
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Notion pages updated with the latest processes and information
- Support the operational needs of the team to maintain seamless client relations
Requirements
- You are currently studying and able to enroll on an internship agreement
- C1 Spanish level and C1 English level
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow-up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
- Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related field is a plus
