About the role

  • Partner with Philanthropic Advisory, Community Capacity Building, impact and other internal teams to support and implement a comprehensive stewardship strategy
  • Support Philanthropic Advisors by developing personalized funding opportunities and tailored stewardship and impact reports
  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals and stewardship materials that demonstrate the outcomes of community investments
  • Translate complex program outcomes into clear, engaging, and inspiring narratives
  • Support fundholder cultivation, stewardship, and retention through strategic and personalized touchpoints
  • Develop and monitor tracking metrics related to donor engagement, granting patterns, and interests
  • Align with the Impact and Stewardship team to support the production of curated impact materials for leading donors

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-10 years of similar or related experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage projects from concept through execution
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment
