Revenue Operations

• Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities and present actionable insights to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency
• Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams.
• Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes
• Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount / organizational management
• Drive operational excellence and rigor across forecasting and other critical GTM processes
• Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, Tableau, and Clari
• Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements
• Provide ongoing analysis and development of scalable and controlled business processes & playbooks
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Commercial Desk, Sales Technologies, and Finance

• Lead demand generation programs designed to build awareness
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting public sector decision-makers
• Develop positioning and messaging for government audiences
• Partner with sales and alliances on co-marketing campaigns
• Drive high-impact events and sponsorships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and PR
• Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Stay ahead of industry trends in government digital transformation
