About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the marketing strategy for UiPath’s public sector segment
- Lead demand generation programs designed to build awareness
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting public sector decision-makers
- Develop positioning and messaging for government audiences
- Partner with sales and alliances on co-marketing campaigns
- Drive high-impact events and sponsorships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and PR
- Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends in government digital transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 3+ years in public sector marketing (federal is a must)
- 2+ years working for a tech/software company
- Proven success in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of the public sector buying cycle, procurement processes, and compliance considerations
- Experience with digital marketing channels
- Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure performance
- Collaborative team player in a fast-paced, global, high-growth environment
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6 Sense etc.)
- Utilization of AI tools in Marketing campaigns
