About the role
- Lead and transform UiPath's global Talent Acquisition function, driving the strategy to attract, hire, and retain world-class talent
- Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with UiPath's business objectives and growth plans
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global TA team across multiple regions
- Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive hiring plans
- Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to position UiPath as an employer of choice
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven recruiting metrics, analytics, and continuous process improvement
- Manage executive and strategic hiring programs, including succession planning pipelines
- Evaluate and optimize recruiting technology, tools, and vendor partnerships
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices and programs
- Manage the TA budget and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition at a senior leadership level (VP or above)
- Proven track record of building and scaling global TA functions in high-growth technology companies
- Deep expertise in executive recruiting, employer branding, and workforce planning
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the enterprise software or automation/AI industry (nice to have)
- Familiarity with global hiring across EMEA, APAC, and Americas (nice to have)
- Knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (nice to have)
- Varied experience with multiple programming languages (nice to have)
