About the role

  • Lead and transform UiPath's global Talent Acquisition function, driving the strategy to attract, hire, and retain world-class talent
  • Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with UiPath's business objectives and growth plans
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global TA team across multiple regions
  • Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive hiring plans
  • Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to position UiPath as an employer of choice
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven recruiting metrics, analytics, and continuous process improvement
  • Manage executive and strategic hiring programs, including succession planning pipelines
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting technology, tools, and vendor partnerships
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices and programs
  • Manage the TA budget and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition at a senior leadership level (VP or above)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global TA functions in high-growth technology companies
  • Deep expertise in executive recruiting, employer branding, and workforce planning
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy
  • Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the enterprise software or automation/AI industry (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with global hiring across EMEA, APAC, and Americas (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and ATS platforms (nice to have)
  • Varied experience with multiple programming languages (nice to have)
