About the role

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise software deals across assigned territories
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product specialists to craft compelling proposals
  • Forecast sales activities and revenue achievement with accuracy and reliability
  • Partner with customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and articulating business value
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
