About the role
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise software deals across assigned territories
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with solution architects and product specialists to craft compelling proposals
- Forecast sales activities and revenue achievement with accuracy and reliability
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals
- Experience selling to C-level executives and articulating business value
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
