About the role
- As a Human Resources Intern, you will spend your time focusing on projects that provide practical learning in talent acquisition, organizational development as well as, compensation & benefits.
- Interns will experience the day-to-day operations of the corporate HR function as well as project-based work that will be managed throughout the program and owned by all interns in the summer internship program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be completing your junior or senior year of a four-year baccalaureate program
- Prior office or administrative work experience preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn human resources applications (HRIS, ATS, document management, etc.).
