Drive delivery excellence: partner with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to keep projects on track, remove blockers, and promote quality and accountability.
Grow client accounts: build and execute account plans to expand footprint, identify opportunities, and connect UDig’s capabilities to client goals.
Promote strategic value: help clients connect delivery success to broader business outcomes through insights and recommendations.
Represent UDig’s brand: act as strategic advisor, storyteller, and relationship builder with energy and a long-term mindset.
Champion client satisfaction: track and measure satisfaction across engagements to raise delivery impact and client experience.
Collaborate across teams: work with sales, marketing, and delivery leadership to align efforts and drive firm-wide growth in Nashville.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in consulting, client services, or account management roles within a technology, software development, or professional services environment.
A strong background in delivery management, operational oversight, and client relationship growth.
Proven ability to navigate complex client environments, influence executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client pitch support.
Expertise in account planning, financial forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
Confidence bridging the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders—communicating clearly and acting as a trusted advisor.
Familiarity with agile delivery environments, project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion), and service blueprinting methodologies.
