About the role
- Administer RSU and PSU plans, employee stock purchase plans, and other equity compensation programs from grant issuance through settlement and reporting
- Manage ESPP enrollment periods, purchase calculations, and participant communications
- Prepare regulatory filings and compliance reports related to equity compensation programs
- Analyze equity program data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership
- Support annual equity refresh processes and special grant initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding their equity compensation and provide clear guidance
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize program administration
- Ensure all activities comply with SEC regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Lead and manage the Finance Systems team, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of financial systems including NetSuite
- Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and ensure compliance with global accounting standards
- Drive system design, configuration, integrations, and automation initiatives to enable scalability and efficiency
- Oversee system controls, security, and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for financial system initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in global equity compensation administration, ideally at a public company
- Experience with equity management platforms (Morgan Stanley E*TRADE preferred)
- Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and public company reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to employees
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Systems Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of NetSuite ERP, integrations, and system architecture
- 8+ years of experience managing finance/ERP systems teams (from Finance Systems section)
