Administer RSU and PSU plans, employee stock purchase plans, and other equity compensation programs from grant issuance through settlement and reporting
Manage ESPP enrollment periods, purchase calculations, and participant communications
Prepare regulatory filings and compliance reports related to equity compensation programs
Analyze equity program data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership
Support annual equity refresh processes and special grant initiatives
Respond to employee inquiries regarding their equity compensation and provide clear guidance
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize program administration
Ensure all activities comply with SEC regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards
Lead and manage the Finance Systems team, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of financial systems including NetSuite
Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and ensure compliance with global accounting standards
Drive system design, configuration, integrations, and automation initiatives to enable scalability and efficiency
Oversee system controls, security, and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for financial system initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in global equity compensation administration, ideally at a public company
Experience with equity management platforms (Morgan Stanley E*TRADE preferred)
Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and public company reporting standards
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to employees
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Systems Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of NetSuite ERP, integrations, and system architecture
8+ years of experience managing finance/ERP systems teams (from Finance Systems section)
