About the role

  • Administer RSU and PSU plans, employee stock purchase plans, and other equity compensation programs from grant issuance through settlement and reporting
  • Manage ESPP enrollment periods, purchase calculations, and participant communications
  • Prepare regulatory filings and compliance reports related to equity compensation programs
  • Analyze equity program data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership
  • Support annual equity refresh processes and special grant initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding their equity compensation and provide clear guidance
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize program administration
  • Ensure all activities comply with SEC regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards
  • Lead and manage the Finance Systems team, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of financial systems including NetSuite
  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and ensure compliance with global accounting standards
  • Drive system design, configuration, integrations, and automation initiatives to enable scalability and efficiency
  • Oversee system controls, security, and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for financial system initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in global equity compensation administration, ideally at a public company
  • Experience with equity management platforms (Morgan Stanley E*TRADE preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and public company reporting standards
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to employees
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Systems Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of NetSuite ERP, integrations, and system architecture
  • 8+ years of experience managing finance/ERP systems teams (from Finance Systems section)
