About the role
- Commercial Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer role covering London & Home Counties; mobile role with planned maintenance, fault finding, and reactive repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems; liaison with customers on-site; participating in on-call rota for out-of-hours support; documenting work via mobile field system; pressure testing and recharging refrigerant circuits in line with F-Gas regulations; replacing defective components and upgrades; checking and adjusting system control parameters (basic BMS knowledge required).
Requirements
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Cat 1 (mandatory) – to legally handle refrigerants
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- A valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
- A full UK driving licence
- Additional certifications such as IPAF and PASMA are desirable.
