About the role

  • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
  • Organize and run networking events to strengthen customer relationships and brand presence
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base; analyze customer data, generate leads, and manage newsletters
  • Create social media content, manage website content, design company presentations, sales and marketing materials, and promote networking events
  • Support HR in employer branding campaigns, and produce social media content for recruiting and employee engagement
  • Establish and track relevant KPIs, perform reporting, and continuously optimize marketing activities
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external service providers

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Strong sense for communication, social media, employer branding, and target audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and a self-directed, proactive work style
  • Ability to successfully plan and execute projects and networking events
  • Analytical thinking, comfort with numbers, and experience with KPI monitoring
  • Creativity and an eye for trends in marketing and employer branding
  • Team player, flexible, and hands-on mentality
