• Manage the entire editorial process from concept to go-live

• Analyze chatbot dialogue performance and derive measures to increase engagement and user satisfaction
• Create guidelines, manuals, and best-practice documents for content and AI work
• Improve chatbots and AI applications through content analysis, targeted prompting, and adjustment of LLM parameters
