About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement tailored content strategies for chatbots and AI applications
Manage the entire editorial process from concept to go-live
Review content for relevance, clarity, and user-friendliness
Train client editorial teams and support the maintenance of chatbot and AI systems
Analyze chatbot dialogue performance and derive measures to increase engagement and user satisfaction
Create guidelines, manuals, and best-practice documents for content and AI work
Improve chatbots and AI applications through content analysis, targeted prompting, and adjustment of LLM parameters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic understanding of AI-assisted text generation (e.g., LLMs) and prompting
Interest in the intersection of content, technology, and AI development
Experience or interest in conversational AI, chatbots, or UX writing
Strong sense for language, copy, and dialogue design
Logical, networked thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
Proactive, flexible, and decisive working style
High customer orientation and attention to detail
Nice-to-have: experience in chatbots, AI content, or UX writing
Experience with editorial or content management systems
Basic technical understanding of digital products
Experience in project management
