About the role
- Act as remote on-site technical support for users in the New York office.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Set up workstations, meeting rooms, and video conferencing equipment.
- Provide general IT troubleshooting, acting as first-level support.
- Manage the internal IT support ticket queue, performing triage and escalation when needed.
- Follow escalation protocols and ensure timely responses to support requests.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, when required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience with Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and escalation protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
