About the role

  • Act as remote on-site technical support for users in the New York office.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Set up workstations, meeting rooms, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Provide general IT troubleshooting, acting as first-level support.
  • Manage the internal IT support ticket queue, performing triage and escalation when needed.
  • Follow escalation protocols and ensure timely responses to support requests.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, when required.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and escalation protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
