• Manage high-volume daily logistics execution activities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Coordinate and execute shipments using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Perform track-and-trace activities to ensure shipment visibility and on-time performance
• Support manufacturing plant operations by proactively managing transportation needs and resolving shipment issues quickly
• Handle a high volume of email communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Assist with shipment planning, expediting, and transportation coordination
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and carriers, maintaining professional, responsive, and solution-oriented communication
• Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, service failures, and operational challenges
• Coordinate shipment appointments utilizing external websites and communication tools
• Update shipment milestones and load statuses throughout the transportation lifecycle
• Support onboarding and setup of new receivers, vendors, suppliers, and system users
• Maintain strong customer and carrier relationships while ensuring service expectations are exceeded

• Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, workflows, and supply chain needs

Customer Support Specialist III

• Manage delivery and shipment changes related to inventory discrepancies
• Communicate updates effectively with contract manufacturers, warehouses, seed service advisors (SSAs), bulk carriers, and logistics partners
• Support bulk operations by following established processes for delivery changes and issuing credits when applicable
• Perform month-end inventory balancing and resolve discrepancies for shippers and carriers
• Identify and resolve system-related issues, escalating as needed
• Coordinate seasonal returns with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate product reconciliation or approvals
• Document all relevant communication and actions within internal systems
• Manage day-to-day shared inbox activity and provide cross-site coverage to ensure timely resolution of issues

Inventory Control Specialist II

Account Executive

• Become an authority on Uber Freight logistics services and technology offerings
• Drive top-line logo acquisition
• Solution sell to Mid-Market ($400M-$800M Gross Sales) companies
• Analyze sales activities and forecast data to determine progress toward goals and objectives
• Partner and co-sell with TM reps within the territory when the customer objectives call for a managed transportation solution.
• Provide monthly reports on prospect activity, lead generation and customer account meeting status, following our prescribed commercial sales methodologies and processes through Salesforce and associated solutions (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6Sense, Groove, etc)
• Develop new business opportunities by solving customer's challenges through a highly collaborative solution selling approach
• Develop and build relationships at decision-maker levels (typical from Directors, VP, and C-Level)

Lead Sales Account Executive – Strategic Expansion

• Use Transportation Management System to process shipment entries and actively lead timely performance/automation objectives
• Maintain consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc.
• Exceed customer on-time pick-up and delivery expectations
• Supervise shipments and revise when vital based on changing shipper, customer, and carrier needs
• Utilize external websites and other tools of communication to set shipment appointments
• Update load status in the system, e.g. loaded pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
• Set up new Receivers, vendors, and supplier’s locations
• Work directly with Logistics Teams to assist with shipment issues or problem-solving
• Additional Responsibilities Regarding Customer and Carrier Relationships
• Correspond with customer and carrier regarding detention and other accessorial information
• Set up new customer and vendor users on the Transportation Management System
• Acquire solid understanding of customer business practices and workflow
