Drive operational platform management across products and related ecosystems
Operate in an agile operating model delivering agility at scale, innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Partner closely with customers (internal and external), business lines and Agile teams to drive evolution of assigned products with oversight from leadership
Maintain and refine product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on maximum business value aligned with product strategy
Act as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring teams understand the product vision with guidance from leadership
Work hands-on with development teams addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions
Work with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release, and communicate tradeoffs between schedule, scope and budget
Employ product management practices including customer research, data and analytics, and market research
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills
Standard industry certifications such as SAFe Agile Product Owner is a plus
