Product Manager

• Identify and champion customer needs, define requirements, and help execute the product's strategic direction.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Work with the business, IT and vendors to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and roadmaps.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating with marketing for successful system introductions.
• Act as central point of contact for vendor relationships, including auditing invoices and adherence to contract terms.
• Track/audit product performance against best practices and key metrics; pull sample policies and verify workflows and rating calculations.
• Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders; lead weekly joint working sessions with users and vendors.
• Provide personalized support to business users; test application configurations and workflows to ensure proper data integration and functionality.
• Draft user training/manuals and provide training sessions; support onboarding of new programs/partners.
• Support development of automated testing scripts where applicable; perform additional duties as needed.
