About the role
- Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking
- Assist in preparing clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and structure product initiatives to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Follow up with stakeholders (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables are progressing as planned
- Help with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product decisions
- Provide operational support in product meetings (agenda, notes, action tracking)
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving smoothly
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in product, project management, or a related role
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — must be able to prepare polished documentation and presentations
- SQL — must be able to use it confidently and effectively
- API — must understand how to set it up and interpret the data
- Strong working knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Very hardworking — expectations for product managers are extremely high
- Candidates should have at least a technical education or a minimum of 1 year of technical experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive and independent mindset — able to follow through without constant supervision
- Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, simple language for stakeholders
- Nice to Have: Background in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms
- Nice to Have: Exposure to data analytics, ML/AI, or software development environments
- Nice to Have: Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients
- Nice to Have: Prior experience working in multicultural or international environments
