About the role

  • Lead the progression of IntelyCare software platform concerns from initial report to validation in production
  • Monitor work through development, QA, and deployment and validate results in production
  • Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and QA engineers to troubleshoot and scope issues
  • Develop basic SQL queries to diagnose issues and run various tasks
  • Create and run maintenance APIs to address ongoing concerns
  • Assess impact of issues and determine affected customers using database queries and analytics
  • Own issue diagnosis and determine scope and impact
  • Maintain knowledge of past and current issues and alert other teams to potential future issues
  • Keep business and management apprised of status and roadblocks

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science or equivalent professional experience
  • A growth mindset - you can overcome any challenge with effort and practice
  • A basic working knowledge of databases and SQL queries
  • Software coding experience (able to examine Java, Python, PHP code)
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with Excel
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Confluence, Zendesk, Jira
  • Familiarity with platforms such as iOS, Android, and AWS
  • Some understanding of the Agile methodology
