Product Manager

• Support the CEO and Product Managers in managing product roadmaps, priorities, and project tracking
• Assist in preparing clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and structure product initiatives to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow up with stakeholders (engineering, data, design, operations) to ensure deliverables are progressing as planned
• Help with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning with product priorities
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support product decisions
• Provide operational support in product meetings (agenda, notes, action tracking)
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments to keep projects moving smoothly
