About the role

  • Lead .NET development efforts across multiple products and projects
  • Collaborate with teams working on web and mobile platforms, video games, AR/VR apps, and AI/ML
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship

  • Work remotely within LATAM time zones and with US clients

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing software applications
  • 6+ years of experience in .NET
  • Experience with web technologies and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
  • Familiar with the web development ecosystem (testing, debugging, CI/CD practices)
  • Strong agile/scrum development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina
