About the role
- lead the implementation of the HR Digital Strategy and deliver a global HR Technology solution across various brands
- champion the HR Digital strategy and roadmap, and drive the global HR Digital transition
- responsibly overseeing the implementation of Workday functionalities aligned with the roadmap
- own the configuration and impact analysis arising from various Human Resources initiatives
- build a central HR data infrastructure to support Global People Analytics initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with Workday
- experience in implementing enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives in complex global organizations
- experience with an external technology partner
- a transformational mindset with ability to implement change and process improvement
- exceptional communication and relationship building traits
- proven record of providing advice on technical decisions that brought measurable improvements
- demonstrated experience with Workday, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
