About the role

  • lead the implementation of the HR Digital Strategy and deliver a global HR Technology solution across various brands
  • champion the HR Digital strategy and roadmap, and drive the global HR Digital transition
  • responsibly overseeing the implementation of Workday functionalities aligned with the roadmap
  • own the configuration and impact analysis arising from various Human Resources initiatives
  • build a central HR data infrastructure to support Global People Analytics initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience with Workday
  • experience in implementing enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives in complex global organizations
  • experience with an external technology partner
  • a transformational mindset with ability to implement change and process improvement
  • exceptional communication and relationship building traits
  • proven record of providing advice on technical decisions that brought measurable improvements
  • demonstrated experience with Workday, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
