About the role

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time using Quickbooks.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up client invoices based on project and account activity.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash records.
  • Monitor and report on outstanding receivables and assist in credit control.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
  • Liaise with external accountants and bookkeepers as required.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative workflows and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts payable, receivable, or administration support.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, Asana).
  • Understanding of digital agency environments or SaaS/service-based business models is highly advantageous.
