About the role
- Act as the primary Salesforce administrator for all internal functions
- Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage and optimize integrations with tools like NetSuite, Gong, Accountability, HubSpot, Jira, and others
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Own and execute the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing improvements that align with business strategy
- Support data quality, governance, and process automation across GTM systems
- Ensure platform stability and enable automation and analytics across commercial, delivery, and operations teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required); Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin a strong plus
- Proficiency in declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards)
- Experience supporting end-users across multiple teams and geographies
- Ability to work independently and manage a global user base
- Bonus: familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Jira, Gong, Accountability, or integration tools (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.)
