Backend Engineer

At Param Group, we are building the group’s central platform on a cutting-edge tech stack - from microservices and streaming to applied AI - to deliver speed, reliability, and intelligence.
We’re now hiring a Senior .NET Core Engineer .
You’ll work closely with Product Analysts, Architects, and fellow Engineers to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power financial solutions across Europe.
From architecture to deployment, you’ll take ownership of services that handle millions of transactions and keep our platform running smoothly.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core .
Build and optimize APIs and integrations used by web, mobile, and external partners.
Contribute to system architecture, domain modeling, and service ownership .
Work on high-throughput services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and fault-tolerance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and monitoring of live services .
Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation .
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions .
Mentor peers, contribute to engineering culture , and share knowledge across teams.
Engage in Agile practices - 14-day sprints, standups, and cross-functional teamwork.
