About the role
- Develop and maintain Python applications.
- Design and deliver reliable, readable, and maintainable code.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement new features, perform code reviews, provide technical support, and resolve bugs.
- Contribute to system architecture design and create technical documentation.
- Actively participate in code reviews and help improve overall engineering standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing, regarding technical solutions and project progress.
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience as Software Developer.
- Should have an experience with fintech processes and big plus knowledge of cards issuing/processing.
- Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI).
- Fluency in SQL, Python, Unix/bash scripting.
- Ability to write easily understandable and maintainable code in multiple programming languages.
- Experience with SQL databases {PostgreSQL, MySQL}.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Django.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Czech or Polish language + active English.
