• Coordinate and manage all regional events, including seminars, trade shows, webinars, networking events, and internal meetings, including planning, prepping, and follow-through in relation to event activities
• Manages all aspects of tradeshow participation, including registration, booth selection and design, vendor management (e.g., freight, A/V, catering), collateral ordering, and scheduling.
• Execute comprehensive post-event activities including lead upload and CRM management, sales follow-through coordination with leads, and detailed post-event reporting on performance metrics and outcomes
• Drive event marketing initiatives including building email campaigns in Marketo, maximizing opportunities for booth activations and engagement, and developing creative event experiences while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in execution
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and distribution of event giveaways and branded inventory
• Tracks and manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits, achieving optimal ROI while identifying areas for continual improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with local sales teams, channel partners, and technology alliance partners.
• Coordinate with the AMER regional marketing manager to align on regional priorities, set quarterly goals, gain commitment and support for marketing programs, and identify areas of pipeline opportunity and risk.

• Build strong relationships with the Sales, Support, and IBT teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation and agent-led workflows.
• Design, create, and deploy autonomous agents for complex use cases, such as automated case resolution, lead qualification, and proactive customer engagement using Agentforce tools.
• Lead the development of sophisticated prompts, applying industry best practices and RAG techniques to ensure AI responses are grounded in accurate, real-time company data.
• Architect the integration of structured and unstructured data from Data Cloud and other external sources to ground AI agents, while maintaining strict data governance and security standards.
• Design user-friendly, brand-aligned conversational AI interfaces and prototypes that ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Automate end-to-end business processes by connecting AI agents to multiple digital channels (e.g., DemandBase, Marketo, investigate external databases such as SciLeads and Zoom Info) and implementing intelligent escalation logic to human agents.
• Conduct rigorous testing and performance monitoring of AI agents, using live data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and model accuracy.

Support Engineer

• Provide clear, accurate, and solutions-oriented technical support via phone, email, and/or live chat to customers and field sales teams.

Project Manager

• Lead and develop two Project Management Managers, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and grow capabilities aligned to commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of the project management function, ensuring consistent execution in support of Sales and revenue goals.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-value, complex customer projects, ensuring a high-touch, commercially focused response.
• Oversee critical project phases including feasibility, scoping, resourcing, execution, risk management, and delivery to commercial success.
• Align project priorities, capacity, timelines, and budgets with quarterly and annual Sales targets.
• Partner with operations leadership and scientific teams to resolve complex issues and implement scalable, commercially viable workflows.

Director, Commercial Project Management

• Reporting to the Library Project Manager, Team Lead the Library Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management, coordination and implementation relative to the gene mutant library and related businesses of Twist Bioscience; Site Variant Libraries (SVL) and Combinatorial Variant Libraries (CVL)
• Manage communications required to facilitate library projects, as follows: Communication with customers, international sales &amp; support, Twist customer service, Twist legal and the library business group, including, but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, library designs, customer quotes, purchase orders, and statements of work.
• Respond directly or direct incoming inquiries from customers and the global sales &amp; support organizations to the appropriate expertise within the Library Team; respond quickly and professionally with the information provided by the Library Team in response to customer and internal inquiries; maintain records
• Coordinate and collate detailed library design input from customers and/or the global sales &amp; support teams ensuring that the design data supports the needs of the customer and reflects the capabilities of the Library Fabrication Team
• Work with Library Project Manager and the Library Fabrication Team(s) to collect costing for specific library designs as part of quote preparation
• Working with the Director of the Library Business and Library Project Manager, prepare and distribute quotes for libraries and other related business; maintain an up-to-date database of issued quotations
• Collect, collate and maintain easily accessible database of NDAs, library quotes, library designs, orders and shipments
• Maintain (transparent) accessible list of library WIP
• Maintain accurate, timely records in all systems to allow for up-to-date reporting, including but not limited to quotes issued, orders placed, orders in progress, orders shipped
