About the role
- Lead the People & Performance (P&P) function for BizTX, owning P&P strategy and transformation roadmap
- Embed measurable KPIs and champion operational excellence across global BizTX
- Coach and mentor team members and elevate people manager capability
- Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets
- Drive people change and transformation, partner on organisational design and talent sourcing
- Build a high-performance talent engine and employer brand for BizTX
- Embed ‘Better Humaning for High Performance’ and co-create exponential culture with leadership
- Lead D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
- Own reward strategy and lead annual reviews and remuneration processes
- Provide expert HR advice, mitigate risk, and lead centrally governed change management for Optimus (APAC and beyond)
- Shape the learning strategy and leverage AI for learning; drive communications excellence
- Shape leadership transformation agenda, strengthen team dynamics and succession planning
- Lead and deliver HRIS implementation and act as BizTX subject matter expert on people & performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
- Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
- Excellent commercial & business awareness
- Experience of organisational design, change and change management
- Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
- Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
- Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style
- CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management preferred
- Experience or certification in psychometrics advantageous
- Experience leading HRIS implementation and organisational change management
- Monthly phone bill maximum reimbursement limit is Rs.3000.
- Annual check-up for employee and spouse including Doctor consultation - reimbursement up to INR 15,000.
