About the role

  • Partnering responsibility across key business areas and populations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle - organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, Thrive and learning plans, performance management, coaching and challenging people managers (50% of time).
  • Design and delivery of plans and activities to enable an Inclusive and High Performance Culture, including Engagement plans, High Performance Mindset behaviours, and Diversity and Inclusion agenda (25% of time).
  • Design and delivery of the Learning and Career Development strategic pillar to build organisational capability, manager capability and unlock career possibilities (25% of time).
  • Design and deliver a robust Reward and Employee Data workstream, managing in year approach to Reward including salary review and bonus process, Reward communication, and maintaining employee data health to drive decision making.
  • Lead impactful HR projects, partner with key business areas and populations, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver people and organisational plans.
  • Bring commercial acumen, People capability, creativity, tech know-how and curiosity to deliver people and organizational plans that make a difference to the business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable HR expertise and experience within a transformation-focused FMCG organisations – including both partnering and project delivery.

  • L+D experience is desirable, but design and facilitation experience is essential, combined with a passion for enabling people and businesses to succeed and achieve their full potential.

  • Curiosity when it comes to connecting with teams and stakeholders, enabling you to understand strategy, plans and tensions - to clearly see the opportunities and needs for people and the organisation within and across our business.
