About the role
- Serve as the go-to technical and operational resource supporting the Sales team in pre-sales activities
- Complete deal-specific research to support sellers in understanding the audiences they will engage
- Design tailored solution architectures for enterprise prospects, aligning Twin’s capabilities with partner needs
- Translate clinical, product, and operational inputs into clear, client-facing documentation and narratives
- Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to stay current on platform capabilities and pipeline
- Partner with Marketing to maintain and improve sales collateral, slide decks, and case studies
- Help coordinate pilots or pre-implementation planning for deals
- Structure proposals, sales collateral, RFP responses, product demos, and customized solutions for health plans, employers, and provider organizations
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality delivery across all client-facing materials
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital health
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (e.g., payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, value-based care)
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with crafting attractive deal specific slides in Google Slides and Powerpoint
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools
