Requirements
15+ years of solutions selling experience at a software company, including at least 5+ years sales management experience.
Experience managing teams of front-line managers.
Leadership experience - validated ability to excite and lead successful cross-functional initiatives in complex, ambiguous work environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including engaging with executives at the right elevation of discussion and decision making. Experience with high-level business and deep technical discussions.
Data-driven and outcomes oriented. Proven ability to optimize revenue and gross profit by using data to guide decision making. Excellent data driven methodology for pipeline management and forecasting.
Strong time management/prioritization skills.
A bachelor’s degree and prior work related experience or equivalent.
Demonstrated personal interest in the social impact sector.
Experience in CPaaS, telecomm, or consumption-based technology businesses.
Experience in nonprofit or public sector sales.
Experience managing solutions engineering and partnerships.
