About the role

  • Own the end-to-end architecture for Quote-to-Cash, Billings-to-Cash, and Revenue platforms
  • Lead design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and architecture reviews with business and finance stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery of enhancements, transformations, and compliance initiatives across Billing, AR, Revenue, and Cash processes
  • Drive system conversions, migrations, and acquisitions onboarding into the Q2C landscape
  • Govern integrations between Zuora, Salesforce CPQ/CRM, ERP, tax engines, banks
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of application engineers, architects, and functional SMEs
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior Finance, Accounting, IT, and Business leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash / Billings-to-Cash / Revenue systems
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in Q2C
  • Proven delivery of at least two (2) end-to-end implementations across Billing, AR, Revenue (ASC 606), and Cash processes
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud AR and Oracle Revenue Management
  • Proven experience designing and governing complex, enterprise-scale integrations across SaaS platforms
  • Solid knowledge of financial close processes
  • Experience leading large-scale programs, system implementations, transformations, and platform modernization initiatives
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
