Oversee high volume inbound and outbound logistics (sea, air, road & train), ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and/or distribution of goods.
Process item receipts in NetSuite, maintaining accuracy in records and inventory levels.
Track all shipments in a centralized shipment tracker and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage 3PL partners and programs, and understanding best practices, stock levels and cost optimization.
Manage freight bills, cross-referencing them with product costing sheets for accuracy.
Identify optimal shipping and transportation routes to balance speed and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate and manage contracts with international logistics service providers (freight forwarders, carriers) to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
Budget ownership for EMEA logistics operations, including freight, duty, VAT, and warehousing costs.
Drive process optimization for logistics KPIs, ensuring timely bookings, tenders, and shipments.
Maintain and update data in NetSuite ERP to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes, addressing potential delays or inefficiencies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Experience working with NetSuite (strongly preferred) or other ERP systems.
Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and cost control strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret logistics data and drive process improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements is a plus.
