Machine Learning Engineer

• Drive ML systems and platform engineering efforts across e2e research & engineering workflows
• Scale training, inference, and evaluation systems and improve reliability of model deployments, operations, and versioning

Accounting Manager

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for TwelveLabs' Korea entity.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with K-GAAP and US-GAAP.
• Maintain the general ledger and oversee reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinate/liaise with the Sr. Accounting Manager to ensure Korea results are properly recorded within the consolidation ERP system (Campfire) for accurate global reporting.
• Support global consolidation processes.
• Oversee payroll processing for Korea employees in partnership with HR and US finance.
• Ensure accurate recording of payroll, benefits, and related employee expenses in compliance with Korea regulations and Twelve Labs’ policies.
• Coordinate with the Sr. Accounting Manager and external tax consultants to ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare required schedules, documentation, and explanations for reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting and invoicing between Korea and the US.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations) to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Identify and recommend improvements in accounting processes, controls, and systems (currently Wehago for KR & Campfire for consolidation) to enhance scalability, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Provide accounting insights and recommendations to support operational efficiency within the Korea entity.
• Report directly to Twelve Labs global accounting lead and partner closely with the Korea operations team to support consolidated reporting and corporate objectives.

• Our Go-to-Market (GTM) team is responsible for empowering developers and enterprises to build intelligent video applications with the Twelve Labs APIs, guiding and supporting customers to attain maximum benefits from building with our highly-capable models. The Global Partnerships team is focused on building high leverage integrations that drive toward the partner’s and TwelveLabs’s goals.
• As the Partner Engineering Lead, you will be a crucial member of our GTM team in helping partners design and implement high impact integrations using our APIs or deeply embedding our technology across the broader AI ecosystem. You will have an immense sense of autonomy for our technical pre and post-sales and work very closely with our product and engineering team to reach our goals and lay the foundation for the company’s growth. You will engage customers from different audience groups (e.g, developers, partners, startups, enterprises) to understand their challenges and expectations.
• You are comfortable in leading conversations with the customer and are naturally curious about their business to know how best to integrate. You have the technical acumen and ability to design and execute experiments that demonstrate the transformative business values. You have a deep understanding of cloud and data infrastructure and the points of leverage for video.
• This role sits at the intersection of partner engineering, product management, and solution architecture, ensuring that TwelveLabs’ technology is seamlessly integrated into partner ecosystems while also influencing our product roadmap. It is a highly self-directed and creative role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured, rapidly expanding and evolving environment.
• A typical day at Twelve Labs would look like this:
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders within partners’ services teams to find the highly leverage and customer impact ways to integrate TwelveLabs models.
• Run enablement sessions for cloud infrastructure partner’s solutions architect team to build with the TwelveLabs APIs in the customer’s environment.
• Develop and execute programs with partners that accelerate adoption, partnering closely with the partners’ GTM organization to scale best practices and sales plays across the globe
• Inform the long term product roadmap by merging the feedback of cus
• Present to large groups of partners and customers at conferences and partner engagement events that drive adoption of the TwelveLabs APIs within the partner ecosystem.
• Write blog posts and building architectures that expand our thought leadership in the AI and video space.

• Work closely with Twelve Labs’ leadership to develop growth plans, pricing and long term roadmap with strategic partners to materially impact TwelveLabs growth.
• Spend some time everyday to closely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, potential partners) to contribute to the GTM strategy and playbook.

• As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical expert helping customers turn TwleveLabs’ full stack video understanding AI into production-ready solutions. Applied AI Engineer – Field Engineering

Engineer

• Work as a Senior/Staff Forward Deployed Engineer embedding with U.S. public-sector customers to design, ship, and scale systems on top of TwelveLabs’ multimodal models.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, and production hardening—often in regulated or air-gapped environments.
• Feed real-world usage patterns, edge cases, and domain-specific requirements to Science for model tuning and research direction.
• Translate complex mission needs into Product requirements and influence roadmap prioritization and feature design.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure new capabilities meet operational constraints in secure, large-scale environments.
