Full-stack Engineer

• Our Go-to-Market (GTM) team is responsible for empowering developers and enterprises to build intelligent video applications with the Twelve Labs APIs, guiding and supporting customers to attain maximum benefits from building with our highly-capable models. The Global Partnerships team is focused on building high leverage integrations that drive toward the partner’s and TwelveLabs’s goals.
• As the Partner Engineering Lead, you will be a crucial member of our GTM team in helping partners design and implement high impact integrations using our APIs or deeply embedding our technology across the broader AI ecosystem. You will have an immense sense of autonomy for our technical pre and post-sales and work very closely with our product and engineering team to reach our goals and lay the foundation for the company’s growth. You will engage customers from different audience groups (e.g, developers, partners, startups, enterprises) to understand their challenges and expectations.
• You are comfortable in leading conversations with the customer and are naturally curious about their business to know how best to integrate. You have the technical acumen and ability to design and execute experiments that demonstrate the transformative business values. You have a deep understanding of cloud and data infrastructure and the points of leverage for video.
• This role sits at the intersection of partner engineering, product management, and solution architecture, ensuring that TwelveLabs’ technology is seamlessly integrated into partner ecosystems while also influencing our product roadmap. It is a highly self-directed and creative role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured, rapidly expanding and evolving environment.
• A typical day at Twelve Labs would look like this:
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders within partners’ services teams to find the highly leverage and customer impact ways to integrate TwelveLabs models.
• Run enablement sessions for cloud infrastructure partner’s solutions architect team to build with the TwelveLabs APIs in the customer’s environment.
• Develop and execute programs with partners that accelerate adoption, partnering closely with the partners’ GTM organization to scale best practices and sales plays across the globe
• Inform the long term product roadmap by merging the feedback of cus
• Present to large groups of partners and customers at conferences and partner engagement events that drive adoption of the TwelveLabs APIs within the partner ecosystem.
• Write blog posts and building architectures that expand our thought leadership in the AI and video space.
• Build proof of concept integrations to kick start and inspire engineering work with partners.
• Work closely with Twelve Labs’ leadership to develop growth plans, pricing and long term roadmap with strategic partners to materially impact TwelveLabs growth.
• Spend some time everyday to closely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, potential partners) to contribute to the GTM strategy and playbook.
• Provide input to Twelve Labs’ product team on features to prioritize.

Partner Engineering Lead

• Play a vital role in scaling our organization
• Implement and scale sourcing processes for all roles — from entry level engineers though senior leadership roles (technical to nontechnical roles)
• Support or lead projects including interview training, employment branding, culture assessments, offers, benchmarking, etc.
• Constantly evaluate external trends and tools and identify opportunities to promote creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies.

• As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical expert helping customers turn TwleveLabs’ full stack video understanding AI into production-ready solutions. You’ll prototype, integrate, and optimize AI applications built on TwelveLabs’ models and products, collaborating closely with our Science, Product, and Engineering (SPE) teams to extend model capabilities and build repeatable patterns for real-world adoption.
• This role sits at the intersection of AI research and applied engineering: you’ll help customers explore what’s possible, then roll up your sleeves to make it practical, scalable, and secure.
• What you’ll do: Prototype and build applications and workflows using TwelveLabs models and products.
• Experiment and tune TwelveLabs models using customer data.
• Integrate into customer stacks: Bring TwelveLabs powered solutions to customers in a format consumable by their teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, cost, and robustness in production workloads.
• Create reusable assets (code samples, reference apps, documentation) to accelerate adoption across multiple accounts.

Applied AI Engineer – Field Engineering

Engineer

• Work as a Senior/Staff Forward Deployed Engineer embedding with U.S. public-sector customers to design, ship, and scale systems on top of TwelveLabs’ multimodal models.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, and production hardening—often in regulated or air-gapped environments.
• Feed real-world usage patterns, edge cases, and domain-specific requirements to Science for model tuning and research direction.
• Translate complex mission needs into Product requirements and influence roadmap prioritization and feature design.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure new capabilities meet operational constraints in secure, large-scale environments.
• Own engagements end-to-end: discovery, solution design, prototyping & implementation, production deployments often in air-gapped environments.
• Deliver full stack video solutions: video search/retrieval, Q&A, summarization, highlights/captioning, analytics using TwelveLabs models.
• Operate in regulated contexts: partner with security/compliance teams, contribute to ATO packages, and meet customer controls and audit needs.
• Work with partners across the public sector to deliver for customers.
• Travel onsite regularly pre and post deployment/implementation.
• Collaborate deeply with Science, Product, and Engineering teams: run joint design reviews, co-own POC experiments, influence API/method updates for video embeddings, video-language outputs, and retrieval features.
