About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
- Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
- Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
- Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- You have a strong customer-first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
- You are solution-driven, resilient, and enjoy finding the right answer.
- You’re well-organised, able to set priorities, and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
- You’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
- You are fluent in Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken).
- A strong knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
