Pricing Analyst

• As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for determining the pricing strategy of specific product categories or equipment markets.
• Together with the Pricing Manager, you will advise internal stakeholders regarding the correct pricing.
• Together with the different departments and the Pricing Manager, you will develop actions to shape, build and optimize the pricing strategy.
• Each month you will follow up the sales and margin performance of your assigned categories and margins and report towards your stakeholders.
• In cooperation with Market Intelligence, you gather, process and analyze relevant information in order to take actions to optimize the pricing on this basis.
• You determine the right sales price and conditions for the assigned product categories or equipment markets.
• You advise the Pricing Assistants and the Regional Pricing Analysts.
• You keep your professional knowledge up to date and follow regular internal training courses.

Customer Support

• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
• Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
• Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
• Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
