Field Engineer

• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve advanced robotic systems operating in customer facilities across Texas and the Central United States
• Own a territory anchored in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, supporting customer sites throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Kansas, and surrounding states
• Provide surge support for deployments, preventative maintenance campaigns, and new product introductions nationwide
• Diagnose failures, document repairs, and uncover root causes to directly contribute to next-generation products
• Represent Tutor professionally at customer sites and maintain strong customer relationships

Robotics Maintenance & Field Service Technician II / III

• deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve advanced robotic systems operating in customer facilities across the Western U.S.
• own a territory anchored in California's Inland Empire — our Southern California cluster (Ontario, Perris, Fullerton)
• regular travel to Northern California (Stockton, Belmont) and surge, deployment, and NPI support nationwide as the fleet scales
• keep the fleet happy and the customers happier
• document every failure and root-cause to feed into the next generation of our product
• Level II: independently own preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across your territory
• Level III: serve as the regional escalation point for the West Coast — the call the rest of the field makes when they're stuck

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on robotic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and controls-related issues
• Execute upgrades, retrofits, and engineering changes
• Document findings and collect data to support root cause analysis
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Remote Support teams
• Build strong relationships with customer site personnel
• Help improve reliability, serviceability, and customer uptime
