Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings
- Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operations
- Must be able and willing to travel
- Must possess extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industry
- Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
