About the role

  • Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance and regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping program to maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Requirements

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required
  • Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
  • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
