About the role
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance and regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping program to maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
