About the role

  • The Regional Revenue Senior Living Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes across multiple senior living facilities within their assigned region.
  • This position ensures accurate billing, timely collections, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management.
  • The manager collaborates with facility leadership, corporate teams, and external partners to drive revenue growth, improve cash flow, and enhance overall financial performance.

Requirements

  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
  • Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
