About the role
- The Regional Revenue Senior Living Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes across multiple senior living facilities within their assigned region.
- This position ensures accurate billing, timely collections, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management.
- The manager collaborates with facility leadership, corporate teams, and external partners to drive revenue growth, improve cash flow, and enhance overall financial performance.
Requirements
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
- Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
