Own the end-to-end experience for the internal systems and tools your team delivers, ensuring they drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.
Translate complex technical concepts about our tooling infrastructure into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across departments.
Continuously refine and prioritize your product roadmap based on deep user research, data-driven insights, and input from business stakeholders—balancing trade-offs to deliver the highest organizational value.
Write clear, high-quality epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, delivering capabilities that empower teams to work more independently and reduce reliance on manual support.
Partner closely with engineering leadership to align technical direction with product goals, integrating both into the roadmap and backlog with precision.
Work hand-in-hand with your engineering team in an Agile environment to design, plan, and deliver impactful internal tooling solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and Operations teams to clarify scope, dependencies, and technical requirements for each initiative.
Define measurable product success metrics to track adoption, performance, and impact of your tools across the business.
Build trust and rapport with teams across the organization, fostering strong partnerships that ensure alignment and shared success.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive product management experience in a technical environment, ideally building or managing internal platforms, automation systems, or enterprise-scale tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-focused discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Business.
Product Management and/or Product Owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute Certified Product Manager) a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps, internal platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
Proven ability to deeply understand internal user workflows and organizational pain points.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with modern software delivery approaches (Scrum, Agile, Iterative, Incremental).
Exceptional ability to explain product goals, technical requirements, and strategic priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a history of successfully managing multiple, competing priorities from concept to delivery.
Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and actively engaging with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
