Project Manager

• Oversee projects from the planning stage through design, validation, and reporting
• Provide Project Management guidance to the engineering team
• Advocate for customers to Brentwood and for Brentwood to customers to assure customer satisfaction, profitability, and the development of future business
• Collaborate with Product Line Management, Business Development, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Vendors to develop custom thermoformed or injection molded parts
• Participate in the conceptual development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
• Monitor project milestones and communicate and advise department managers of schedule conflicts or pending deadlines
• Communicate with customers to coordinate activities and to provide status updates and conditions
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
• Confer with department managers, contractors, and design professionals to ensure timely completion of project requirements
• Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with inspection and training requirements
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or material emergencies

Customer Support

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for all international orders
• Work directly with Global Customer Service, Shipping, Production, Cost Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams to coordinate order processing and fulfillment
• Learn and effectively utilize Syteline to maintain high order entry accuracy and data integrity
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order verifications within a 24-48 hour period
• Enter quotes into the system utilizing approved pricing sheets
• Update orders based on Purchasing release communications and provide revised order verifications to customers as required
• Maintain detailed and accurate order notes to ensure clear communication between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
• Provide shipment tracking updates and respond to tracking requests
• Maintain shipping schedules for assigned accounts and proactively communicate discrepancies or delays to customers, international colleagues, and the Global Support Supervisor
• Support international account coordination to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Coordinator

• Provide enthusiastic support to opportunities and increase sales within Aftermarket Parts and Media.
• Take customer requests for parts, material or components and prepares quotations submitted to the customer.
• Field inquiries that may be domestic or international.
• Compare customer request for quotation to the Brentwood Polychem database and generate a proposal.
• If the proposal generates an order, enter the order into the system.
• Drive profitable Aftermarket sales growth to align with strategic growth plan and Company objectives.
• Work in a matrix organization coordinating Aftermarket activities with appropriate Regional Sales Managers and channel sales organizations.
• Raise all encountered issues in a professional fashion and follow until resolution.
• Prepare proposals accurately, enter orders promptly, provide project planning activities.
• Report all ‘direct to customer proposals’ to Representatives and Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinate with Product Line Managers and Regional Sales Managers in the event of larger, multi-year RFQs.
• Assist other team members as needed to cover for other team members.
• Collaborate and assist internal departments in support of sales growth: Product Line Managers, Marketing, Project Planning, Engineering Contract Administration and Finance.
• Take additional direction and technical guidance from Solutions and Upgrades Specialist/engineers/managers and Product Line Manager.
• Attend and assist with local and regional trade shows.
• Develop working relationship with all Representative firms in designated coverage areas and promote aftermarket sales with Reps.
• Ability to accommodate occasional domestic travel including overnight stays.
