Customer Support

• Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation
• Provide the best solutions for their need via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
• Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
• Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
• Support US residents during times of natural disaster as part of Emergency Response Team called on within 48-72 hours’ notice
• Report to Team Lead and contribute to customer experience and team success

Bilingual Customer Service, Spanish/English, Public Trust Clearance

• Answer incoming communications from customers via calls, emails and other message formats
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Utilize system tools and other resources to find the best contact information for customers and proceed to update systems
• Organize and arrange preventive maintenance site visits to be as efficient as possible, minimizing travel time and multiple visits to the same site
• Communicate with customers and Field Engineers via phone and email to schedule and reschedule appointments
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices
• Contribute to the success of the customer experience and the success of the team; report to a Team Lead
• Participate in training, webcam-enabled engagement and ongoing coaching to develop skills
