About the role

  • Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation
  • Provide the best solutions for their need via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
  • Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
  • Support US residents during times of natural disaster as part of Emergency Response Team called on within 48-72 hours’ notice
  • Report to Team Lead and contribute to customer experience and team success

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • Computer experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • US citizen (must be a US citizen for government assignment)
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • USB wired headset recommended (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
  • Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
