About the role
- Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation
- Provide the best solutions for their need via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
- Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
- Support US residents during times of natural disaster as part of Emergency Response Team called on within 48-72 hours’ notice
- Report to Team Lead and contribute to customer experience and team success
Requirements
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Computer experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- US citizen (must be a US citizen for government assignment)
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset recommended (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
