About the role
- Drive the design and administration of global compensation and equity programs
- Support global equity structures including options and RSUs
- Continuously evaluate and evolve our global benefits
- Maintain and refine our global job levelling and career architecture framework
- Proactively audit and update rewards practices and policies
- Act as a partner to the business by using deep analytics to solve complex compensation challenges
- Develop clear communication strategies that demystify compensation and benefits for employees
- Improve and oversee our global mobility framework
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Total Rewards within a global context
- Analytical Powerhouse: You live in the data and are confident in developing models to support reward design and decision-making
- Experience in the FinTech sector is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and execute multiple complex projects concurrently
- You are passionate about demystifying rewards for employees
