Learning and Development

• Transforming existing ideas, notes and “half-built” resources into polished, high-quality learning and development materials
• Designing and building engaging digital learning content across a mix of formats - including videos, infographics, guides, modules and assessments
• Owning and developing our learning spaces in Notion (our single source of truth), creating intuitive, well-structured and easy-to-navigate content
• Working closely with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into practical, accessible learning experiences
• Supporting the development and launch of our line manager core curriculum and wider L&D toolkit
• Helping embed a feedback-rich, future-ready, high-performance culture through scalable learning & development solutions
• Support the People & Talent team in content development - ensuring brand consistency across our People & Talent initiatives
• Reviewing and auditing existing learning & development frameworks to identify gaps, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Tracking learning engagement and effectiveness, using insight to continually iterate and improve content (This includes a focus on tracking metrics and testing for knowledge absorption)
