About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the growth analytics for new member revenue squads

- Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments
- Build dashboards for self-serve reporting
- Challenge assumptions and provide analytical insights
- Mentor other analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid product or growth analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business
- Ability to own end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal direction
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Understanding of experimentation and statistical significance
- Fluency in growth and product metrics
- Strong data storytelling skills
- Product instincts to generate ideas
